Ingredients
- 1/2 c warm water
- .25 oz yeast
- 1/2 c warm milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 t salt
- 3 3/4 c flour
- milk chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
Directions
Mix yeast and water, let sit for 10 minutes. Lightly beat egg, mix with yeast, milk, and butter. Add 1 c flour, sugar, and salt. Stir. Add flour until it's a good consistency. Knead, adding chocolate gradually. Let rise for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Divide dough, place on lightly floured baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
