Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs peanut butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375˚C. Mix the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Once mixed, beat in the eggs one by one. In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together. Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet batter, while someone else stirs. Once the batter is mixed thoroughly, add 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips, and the peanut butter. Place the batter in a baking dish and cook for about 12-15 minutes. Once the brownies are taken out of the oven, spread the remaining chocolate chips on top. When they are soft, spread them across the top. Enjoy!
